1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms apply to the contractual relationship between Mylo Technologies LLC and you as a member or user of MYLO, accessible at chat.never-economy-again.com. By registering for, subscribing to, or using the service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. We do not recognize conflicting or additional terms you may propose unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.
2. Service Description
MYLO is an AI-powered information and software concierge. It helps you research flight options, optimize the use of airline miles and credit-card points, and identify premium-cabin (Business and First Class) opportunities using award-travel strategies, matching options against your available points and miles (including via your connected AwardWallet account).
To be clear about what MYLO is and is not:
- MYLO provides research, information, and non-binding recommendations only.
- MYLO is not a travel agency and does not sell or resell flights, hotels, or any travel inventory, and does not act as your booking agent. You make and pay for all bookings yourself, directly or through third parties.
- MYLO does not provide legal, tax, or financial/investment advice. Information about points, miles, and fares is for general guidance only.
3. Account and Eligibility
To use MYLO you must register an account and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country of residence) and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Subscription and Price
MYLO is offered as a recurring monthly subscription at EUR 47 per month. For consumers, this price includes any applicable value-added tax (VAT) where charged. The subscription renews automatically each month for successive one-month periods at the then-current price until cancelled. We will notify you in advance of any price change in accordance with applicable law, and continued use after a price change that requires your consent will be handled as required by mandatory consumer law. 5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current monthly billing period. For consumers in the EU/EEA, cancellation is possible easily and online; you can cancel directly in your account, via the Stripe billing portal, or by contacting us at support@never-economy-again.com [to complete: confirm]. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the period already paid for. 6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use MYLO lawfully and responsibly. In particular:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the points and loyalty accounts you connect (e.g., via AwardWallet) and for keeping those connections current.
- Recommendations are suggestions only. Before booking, you must independently verify availability, fares, prices, taxes, fees, routing rules, and program terms directly with the relevant airline, program, or provider.
- You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it in violation of any airline, loyalty-program, or card-issuer terms.
7. No Guarantee of Results, Availability, or Prices
MYLO helps you find and evaluate options, but award space, fares, prices, taxes, fees, transfer ratios, and program rules are set and changed by third parties and are outside our control. We therefore do not guarantee any specific savings, award availability, fare, upgrade, or result. Any example deals or savings shown are illustrative only, are clearly labeled as examples, and do not represent guaranteed or typical outcomes. Recommendations may become outdated quickly; you act on them at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mylo Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits, lost miles/points value, missed availability, or third-party booking decisions, arising out of or relating to your use of MYLO. MYLO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Carve-out for mandatory consumer protections: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for intent or gross negligence, or under the mandatory statutory consumer-protection and product-liability rules of your country of residence. For consumers in the EU/EEA and Switzerland, statutory warranty and liability rights remain fully unaffected.
9. Intellectual Property
MYLO, the FlyMylo platform, the "Never economy again." brand, and all related software, content, designs, and trademarks are owned by Mylo Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use during your subscription. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by mandatory law. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a license to process it solely to provide and operate the service.
10. Third Parties
MYLO integrates with and relies on third-party services:
- AwardWallet — used to connect and read your loyalty and points accounts. AwardWallet is an independent (separate) controller and provider, governed by its own terms and privacy policy; we are not responsible for AwardWallet's services.
- Stripe — processes your payments under its own terms and privacy policy.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, pricing, or terms of airlines, loyalty programs, card issuers, booking platforms, or other third parties referenced or surfaced by MYLO.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located in Wyoming shall have jurisdiction, except as otherwise required by mandatory law.
Mandatory consumer protection (EU/EEA/Switzerland): If you are a consumer residing in the EU, the EEA, or Switzerland, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence — including your statutory right of withdrawal, statutory warranty rights, and the right to bring proceedings before, and rely on the mandatory consumer law of, the courts of your country of residence.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms, for example to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements, or pricing. We will notify you of material changes in advance by appropriate means (e.g., email or in-app notice). Where your consent to a change is required by mandatory consumer law, the change will take effect only on the basis required by that law, and you may cancel before it takes effect if you do not agree. 13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
