This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer, how to cancel your MYLO subscription, and our refund practices. It applies in particular to consumers resident in the EU/EEA and Switzerland and is provided by Mylo Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company whose authoritative contact address is set out in Section 6. The address shown for us in this Policy corresponds to our Wyoming registered-agent address pending confirmation of our principal place of business (see our Legal Notice / Imprint), and the same authoritative address is used across our Imprint, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service. We will ensure that any withdrawal notice sent to the stated address is reliably received. Last updated: June 5, 2026.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers, 14 Days)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Mylo Technologies LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA [to complete: use the same authoritative, monitored contact/mailing address confirmed in the Imprint where withdrawal notices are reliably received; replace the registered-agent address if it is not such an address], email support@never-economy-again.com [to complete: confirm] — of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw in time, we will reimburse the payments received from you for the relevant period without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. Where you expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period (see Section 2), we may retain a proportionate amount corresponding to the service already supplied up to the point of withdrawal, and we will reimburse the remaining (unused) proportion.
2. Immediate Start During the Withdrawal Period and Proportionate Payment
MYLO is sold as a recurring monthly subscription — that is, a service supplied continuously over time, not a one-off service that is fully completed at the moment access is granted. Two distinct situations can arise during the 14-day withdrawal period:
- (1) Withdrawal during the 14-day period after you requested an immediate start. If you expressly asked us to begin providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period and you then withdraw, you may still validly withdraw from the contract. You owe a proportionate amount for the part of the service that was actually supplied up to the moment you informed us of your withdrawal, calculated by reference to the full contractual price (Art. 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU; § 357a of the German Civil Code, BGB). The remaining, unused proportion of any amount you have paid is reimbursed to you as described in Section 1. Simply having been granted access does not by itself cause your right of withdrawal to disappear.
- (2) Total loss of the right of withdrawal. Your right of withdrawal is lost only where the service has been fully performed before the withdrawal period ends, and only if performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed (Art. 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU; § 356(4) BGB). For an ongoing monthly subscription, full performance within 14 days will usually not occur, so in most cases situation (1) applies rather than this exception.
Accordingly, when you subscribe and request immediate access, we ask you to expressly consent to MYLO beginning to provide the service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and to acknowledge the consequences described above (proportionate payment on withdrawal, and loss of the right only upon genuine full performance). We provide you with confirmation of this consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium (for example, by email).
3. Model Withdrawal Form
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may complete and return this form (completing it is optional):

- I/We [to complete: *] hereby give notice that I/we [to complete: *] withdraw from my/our [to complete: *] contract for the provision of the following service: MYLO subscription
- Ordered on / received on: [to complete: date]

4. Cancellation of Your Subscription
Separate from the statutory right of withdrawal, you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your access continues until then.
You can cancel easily and online by:
- using the cancellation option in your account settings;
- managing your subscription via the Stripe billing portal; or
- sending us a short message by email to support@never-economy-again.com [to complete: confirm].
For EU/EEA consumers, no reason is required and the process is designed to be at least as easy as subscribing.
5. Refund Policy
This Section concerns ordinary cancellation (Section 4) and does not override the withdrawal-related reimbursement rules in Sections 1 and 2. Because the subscription is billed monthly in advance for a service supplied immediately, in the case of an ordinary cancellation we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the remaining days of a billing period that has already started, to the extent this is permitted by applicable law. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Relationship to the right of withdrawal: The no-pro-rata rule above applies to ordinary cancellation only. It does not mean that a withdrawal never yields a refund once access has begun. If you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal during the 14-day period after requesting an immediate start (Section 2, situation (1)), you owe only a proportionate amount for the service actually supplied up to your withdrawal, and the unused proportion of what you paid is reimbursed to you as set out in Section 1.
This does not affect your other mandatory statutory rights, including any statutory refund or remedy you may be entitled to under the consumer law of your country of residence, which remain fully unaffected. [to complete: confirm how the proportionate amount under Section 2 is calculated — e.g. pro rata by reference to the full monthly price for the days of access used before withdrawal.]
